Minimum 1 year of experience as a civil engineering assistant (preferably in housing projects). Technical and administrative knowledge in budgeting, scheduling, site progress reports, and contractor oversight. Understanding of construction processes, urban works, materials, and equipment. What do we offer? Contract: Indefinite term (direct employment with the construction company, providing full job stability). Salary: COP $2,335,000 + statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Residence in Cali is mandatory.
