Opportunities for continuous training and professional development Forestry Resident – Rural Infrastructure Project We are seeking a Forestry Resident to lead and supervise infrastructure development projects in rural areas, focusing on the construction and maintenance of roads, bridges, and other forestry-related works. Position Purpose You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, timelines, and budgets, as well as proper management of required permits and licenses. Main Responsibilities Supervise the execution of forestry infrastructure works in the field. Coordinate work teams and contractors. Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and technical quality. Manage procedures, environmental and construction permits and licenses. Identify and resolve technical issues in the field. Prepare project progress and monitoring reports. Requirements University degree in Forestry Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in construction and project management (ideally in rural or forestry environments). Solid knowledge of forestry and construction regulations. Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Desired Profile Ability to manage complex field projects. Adaptability to outdoor work and variable weather conditions. Experience operating heavy machinery (desirable). Proficiency in project management software (desirable). Position Conditions Work Mode: On-site in rural areas. Availability for frequent travel to work sites.
