Job Objective: To execute talent attraction, selection, onboarding, employee well-being, and employee experience processes, ensuring the integration of talent aligned with organizational needs and promoting initiatives that strengthen engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture—thereby contributing to the achievement of the constructor's strategic objectives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2–3 years leading or comprehensively coordinating recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and employee well-being programs. Sector-specific knowledge: Prior experience in the construction, real estate, or project-based sectors (highly desirable) to understand both operational and administrative dynamics and profiles. Technical competencies: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals (LinkedIn, Computrabajo, etc.). Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills for tracking management indicators (KPIs) and process control. Basic knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and mass hiring processes. Soft skills: Excellent attention to detail, achievement orientation, passion for service, assertive communication, and strong organizational ability.
