JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a well-rounded Human Resources professional to lead and manage talent acquisition, personnel administration, labor relations, and organizational well-being. The primary objective of this position is to ensure compliance with current legal regulations, promote an optimal work climate, and align human resource management with the organization’s strategic goals. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Recruitment and Labor Relations Management: Oversee onboarding processes, social security system affiliations, employment contract preparation, and payroll-related updates. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure correct application of current labor legislation and the company’s Internal Work Regulations (IWR). • Recruitment and Engagement: Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding programs for staff across various departments. • Performance and Development Management: Implement performance evaluations, identify training needs, and execute annual training plans. • Organizational Climate and Well-being: Design and implement the well-being plan, integration activities, and strategies to strengthen workplace climate. • Occupational Safety and Health (OSH): Support and monitor compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) and mandatory committees (COPASST, Labor Coexistence Committee). REQUIRED PROFILE 1. Academic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or technical degree in related fields: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or equivalent. • Preferred: Specialization in Human Resource Management, Labor Legislation, or Organizational Development. 2. Minimum Experience: • 2–4 years of proven experience leading Human Talent areas or processes. 3. Required Specific Knowledge: • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of applicable Colombian labor legislation. • Experience managing internal disciplinary processes and implementing work regulations. • Experience administering payroll, calculating social benefits, and processing social security contributions. • Proficiency in office software (intermediate–advanced Excel) and HR/payroll management systems.
