A prominent company specializing in the execution of public investment projects is seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure management, maintenance, construction supervision, and supplier oversight—ensuring proper management, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the organization's physical infrastructure and other properties, while guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations, operational continuity, and resource optimization. · Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure management, maintenance, and supervision of construction projects and electrical suppliers. · Main Responsibilities: Develop a continuous strategy for supplier research and evaluation to strengthen the value chain. Verify work performed by the maintenance contractor. Procure materials and manage infrastructure adaptation and renovation projects. Prepare quotations and monitor construction suppliers. Ensure that processes requiring participation from other departments—and impacting this department—are fully and effectively executed and completed, guaranteeing achievement of established objectives. Manage the proper functioning of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, internet, and telecommunications networks. Coordinate and supervise internal and external team activities, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and needs.
