Job Summary: We are seeking an installer to ensure the proper installation and operation of systems and equipment, working with customers and coordinating tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Problem resolution and excellent customer service A prominent manufacturing-sector company requires INSTALLERS with experience installing elevators, roof maintenance and moisture control, and high-rise window cleaning Job Mission: The primary objective of installers is to ensure that systems and equipment are installed correctly and operate efficiently and safely. This involves closely collaborating with customers to understand their needs and expectations, as well as with other team members to coordinate installations and resolve issues. Main Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and commission various systems and equipment according to specifications and provided blueprints. 2. Work with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring these are met. 3. Coordinate with other team members to carry out installations efficiently and effectively. 4. Troubleshoot and repair installed systems and equipment. 5. Provide excellent customer service, including responding to questions and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed. 6. Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in the installation field. 7. Comply with all workplace safety standards and regulations. Requirements: Education Level: - A completed high school diploma is required. - Technical training in welding, electrical installations, or similar fields is a plus. - At least 1 year of experience in similar installation work is required. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Availability to work on holidays if required) Salary: COP 2,500,000 to 3,000,000 (depending on experience and knowledge), plus overtime pay, mobility allowance, and statutory transportation allowance What are you waiting for to join our team?
