Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily coordination and supervision of construction site personnel 2. Blueprint interpretation and quality control 3. Management of operational staff and progress tracking We are looking for a committed Construction Foreman with extensive experience to join our team on construction projects. · Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise construction site personnel daily across various work fronts. - Interpret blueprints, designs, and technical specifications for correct execution of activities. - Organize and assign tasks to personnel according to the construction schedule. - Verify work quality and ensure compliance with construction standards. - Monitor proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site. - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols. - Report progress, requirements, and updates from the work front to the Site Resident or Project Director. - Support on-site resolution of technical and construction-related issues. - Guarantee order, cleanliness, and proper organization at the worksite. - Supervise execution of activities by assigned personnel on site. - Conduct quality control in accordance with project technical specifications. - Perform periodic site inspections to verify physical progress of the work. - Manage operational staff on site, ensuring works proceed per blueprints and specifications. - Assign activities per direction from the Site Resident and Project Director; track and control activities. - Monitor and control materials and resources assigned to subcontractors on site. Requirements: - Technical degree in Civil Construction, - Technical degree in Structural Buildings, - Certification as a Foreman issued by SENA. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural work. · Technical Knowledge: - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Interpretation of architectural and structural blueprints - Reading blueprints in BIM model format We Offer: - Contract for Specific Work or Services - Location: Bogotá. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Degree 5 years of experience Keywords: docente, profesor, teacher, teachers, construccion, construction, obra, edificar, edificacion
