Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Field Merchandiser to transform retail points, optimize displays, and passionately represent our brand. Key Highlights: 1. This opportunity is for you. Contract: Initial service or labor contract. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays until noon. Salary: Current legal minimum wage + transportation allowance + performance bonus. Key Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser and basic Excel skills. Coverage Areas: Pereira, Armenia, Manizales, Santa Rosa de Cabal, and nearby areas according to operational needs. What will you do? Visit retail and wholesale channel points of sale to ensure flawless execution. Create and optimize displays that generate impact and increase brand visibility. Organize shelves, display cases, and assigned spaces, ensuring proper presentation, product assortment, and order. Monitor our own and competitors’ pricing to support commercial decisions. Drive product sales through brand activities, supporting buyers and sales staff. Install POP materials aligned with visual and strategic guidelines. Train point-of-sale teams and advise visitors on product knowledge. Contribute to customer growth through strong, eye-catching presence at the point of sale (POS). What are we looking for in you?
