Job Summary: This multifunctional role involves access control, security monitoring, inventory management, administrative support, and animal care at the facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive security and access management. 2. Inventory control and physical inventory administration. 3. Supervision of animal welfare and care within the company. Execute vehicle, personnel, and visitor entry and exit control, ensuring proper registration according to company protocols. Monitor and promptly and consistently report on the security camera system for the assigned perimeter. Conduct physical inspection rounds to verify the condition of facilities. Control and administer the physical inventory of the assigned warehouse (receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods or supplies). Complete digital pre-operational forms and daily reports using office tools (Microsoft Excel and Word). Manage and receive food/orders designated for company personnel, ensuring correct internal distribution.
