Requirements: Professional or technologist degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration and settlement for more than 500 employees. Proficiency in Office tools (Advanced Excel). Knowledge and operation of the Siesa Enterprise system. Responsibilities: Processing and settling payroll (monthly and biweekly). Settling social benefits, vacations, overtime, and contract terminations. Managing payroll-related incidents (e.g., medical leaves, permits, absences, surcharges, etc.). Preparing payroll reports and reconciliations. Monthly preparation of PILA.
