




Job Summary: Payroll Analyst responsible for executing, controlling, and ensuring the accurate processing of payroll and associated personnel administration processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and processes payroll, including social security and contributions. 2. Reviews payroll changes, reconciles deductions, and generates periodic reports. 3. Processes Human Talent requests and coordinates with Treasury. A prominent company in the sector is seeking a Payroll Analyst, responsible for executing, controlling, and ensuring the accurate processing of payroll and associated personnel administration processes. Salary To be agreed upon Working Hours Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities Payroll Management and Processing Process periodic payroll, final settlements, and the organization’s social security contributions. Review and validate payroll changes such as overtime, disabilities, absences, and other related items. Execute final payroll period closures and ensure adherence to the established schedule. Information Validation and Control Verify information consolidated by the Payroll Assistant. Reconcile payroll deductions corresponding to wage assignments (libranzas), Fincomercio, and garnishments. Prepare and manage payment forms for AFC and voluntary contributions, including their submission and processing. Reports and Database Administration Consolidate periodic reports related to payroll, settlements, bonuses, severance payments, vacations, and other departmental processes. Generate and update the staff vacation register. Maintain an updated database of retired personnel. Administrative Management and Special Processes Manage calculation of the Construction Industry Fund (FIC) and coordinate reporting with Treasury. Process Human Talent requests and requirements within the corporate ERP system. Handle partial and final severance withdrawal requests. Support and Follow-up Consolidate and submit required information for proceedings before the Amigable Componedor. Review and approve documentation from external providers associated with Human Talent. Timely address assignments from the immediate supervisor related to this position. Requirements Experience in payroll, social security, and settlement processes. Proficiency in office software and ERP systems. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and handling of confidential information.
