Leads continuous improvement processes in project management At Jaramillo Mora, we are searching for our next PMO Controller, whose mission will be: To ensure the proper execution of construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and governance standards, as well as correct alignment with business strategy and timely management of deviations. Main Responsibilities - Define and manage project management methodologies and standards (PMBOK, Agile, among others). - Align the project portfolio with the organization’s strategic objectives. - Monitor key performance indicators (cost, time, scope, and quality) and activate action plans. - Manage project risks, regulatory compliance, and audits. - Plan and optimize resource and budget utilization. - Lead continuous improvement and transformation processes in project management. - Coordinate interaction among departments and stakeholders, facilitating decision-making. Requirements Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; specialization in Project Management or related areas. 8–10 years of experience in project management (ideally in construction). Key Knowledge ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, among others). Planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6). Agile and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban). Data analysis and visualization (Power BI). Base salary: $19,000,000 Food allowance: $1,132,000 (applicable for Cali city) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Postgraduate / Specialization 8 years of experience
