Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: A professional with experience in procurement management, supplier negotiation, and document control to ensure timely and efficient supply. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing 2. Negotiation and development of relationships with key suppliers 3. Procurement coordination to ensure project success and inventory control Main Responsibilities 1. Procurement and Supply Management • Request and analyze supplier quotations. • Prepare comparative tables of technical and economic offers. • Manage purchase orders. • Track deliveries and supply lead times. • Ensure timely supply for construction and operations. 2. Supplier Negotiation • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, warranties, and commercial conditions. • Identify new suppliers and alternative supply sources. • Maintain an up-to-date supplier database. • Evaluate supplier performance and compliance. 3. Document Control • Validate delivery notes and purchase orders. • Maintain full document traceability for each purchase. • Coordinate with accounting and warehouse teams on receipt and accrual processes. 4. Project Support • Coordinate procurement according to delivery schedules. • Prioritize critical materials to prevent delays. • Support engineering and budgeting teams with price and availability inquiries. 5. Inventory Control • Review stock levels before initiating purchases. • Help control overspending and unnecessary purchases. 6.
