




Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Bridge Engineer to manage construction projects, coordinate teams, and optimize resources, ensuring project execution and construction quality. Coordination of personnel and reporting of construction progress A leading company in the construction and road infrastructure sector requires an experienced Resident Bridge Engineer with extensive specific expertise in bridge projects to join our team. Requirements: Education: Civil Engineer or Transportation and Roadways Engineer. Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience managing bridge and roadway construction projects; experience in large-scale projects. · Experience as a Construction Supervisor (Interventoría) is not applicable. · Willingness to relocate nationwide. Responsibilities: Maintain presence at active construction sites and address all related inquiries. Ensure compliance with established procedures for construction execution. Analyze construction issues and their potential causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve such issues. Continuously update the construction schedule, generate and analyze productivity reports, and optimize project resources. Assume responsibility for direct activities related to implementing the Integrated Management System. Schedule weekly work for labor contractors and coordinate daily tasks of assigned personnel. Submit daily construction progress reports to the Project Director using the quality formats implemented by the company for this purpose. Daily coordination of workforce entry and exit control, and monitoring of daily site-related travel. Prepare preliminary construction minutes, including all supporting documents requested by the client. Report to the warehouse all materials delivered directly to the site to enable proper material receipt registration and issuance of corresponding material or goods delivery receipts. Optimize resources (human, machinery, and equipment) for project activity execution. Working Conditions: Salary: To be negotiated, based on most recent salary earned. All statutory social benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract directly with the company.
