A leading hotel chain is currently seeking a Subcontroller, whose primary objective will be to support the organization’s financial and accounting management, ensuring proper control over accounting, tax, and financial processes, regulatory compliance, and the reliability of financial information for strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities • Supervise and validate monthly and annual accounting closings. • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements. • Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations. • Monitor and track budgets and cash flow. • Coordinate internal and external audits. • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Support the implementation of internal controls and improvement of financial processes. • Prepare financial reports for management and regulatory bodies. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. A specialization in Finance, Taxation, or Auditing is desirable. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial, accounting, or control roles, preferably within the hotel or service industry.
