Position Summary: We are seeking an IT support intern to ensure connectivity, availability, and quality of the organization's IT tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide IT technical support across multiple sites. 2. Track and document service requests. 3. Address technical inquiries and promote the proper use of information assets. We are currently seeking an IT SUPPORT INTERN. MISSION: Perform system and equipment technical support processes for the organization to ensure internal customers can carry out their activities under parameters of connectivity, availability, and quality of IT and technological tools. FUNCTIONS: 1. Provide IT technical support at construction sites, sales rooms, and administrative offices. 2. Track and document each service request. 3. Understand and apply the information security policy. 4. Escalate cases to specialized support via the service desk tool when reported issues cannot be resolved. 5. Address users' technical inquiries, encouraging them to improve the usage and operation of assigned information assets.
