Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile professional with knowledge in residential, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning maintenance, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Experience: minimum 2 years • Residential Maintenance: Minor repairs, rough construction, and finish work • Plumbing Installations • Electrical Work: Repairing outlets, switches, and inspecting lighting. • Cleaning: Maintaining common areas, social zones, restrooms, and glass surfaces. Competency Profile: • Versatility: Ability to quickly switch tasks and perform diverse manual trades. • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of tools, plumbing, electricity, and masonry. • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with building administrators and residents. • Attention to Detail: Organized and functional maintenance. • Physical Capacity: Aptitude for moderately strenuous work and, occasionally, work at heights. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 2 years of experience
