Posted Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 6:00 AM **Purpose of the Role** This role provides essential execution and agile adaptation support to the Senior Graphic Designer based in Brazil. Its primary focus is the massive breakdown of regional or global campaign assets into local formats, combining creative problem-solving within established Haleon brand guidelines with high-speed delivery for large volumes of materials. **Key Responsibilities** * Break down master concepts and Key Visuals (KV) into multiple variants and formats for print channels (POSM, brochures) and digital media (banners, social media). * Develop final mechanical artwork strictly following Haleon’s global templates and visual identity guidelines. * Conduct rigorous technical inspections of own files, verifying resolution, color profiles, bleeds, and link integrity prior to final delivery. * Support basic ideation of digital assets and layout design for social media content. * Validate correct application of text and legal disclaimers in materials, operating under the premise of "copy-and-paste" using client-provided inputs. **Knowledge, Skills\+Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in advertising agencies or in-house studios managing asset implementations (rollouts). * Professional degree or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. * Intermediate Portuguese. * High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. * Highly organized professional capable of structuring workflows and maintaining clear documentation, ensuring efficient execution and appropriate task tracking in dynamic environments. * Ability to work within established creative guidelines, adapting and executing variations of a master concept developed by others while maintaining brand coherence and design consistency across all pieces. \#LI\-Hybrid **Job Details** --------------- Pay Type Salary
