Job Summary: Coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, schedules, and regulations, and serving as a liaison among teams to maintain quality standards. Verification of materials and monitoring of construction processes. **Job Objective:** Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, technical specifications, schedules, budgets, and applicable regulations. Serve as the liaison between the technical team, contractors, and general supervision to guarantee that civil works are executed in accordance with established quality standards. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; or currently in final semesters. **Experience:** 1 year of experience in civil works, preferably in infrastructure or building projects. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications. 2\. Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper execution of works. 3\. Verify material quality and compliance with Colombian regulations. 4\. Review structural elements to confirm steel bar diameters, spacing, lap lengths, right angles, and stirrups. 5\. Level verification using surveying equipment. 6\. Construction site control, including work volumes, steel, concrete, and materials, to track inputs and outputs. 7\. Completion of logbooks and records of the construction process to ensure activity traceability. 8\. Perform any additional tasks related to civil construction supervision. **Software Proficiency** AutoCAD, CIVIL 3D, and preferably REVIT. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
