Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Motorcycle Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring vehicle quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motorcycles. 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in motorcycles. 3. Ensure quality and proper execution of work. **RIDE SURE ALIADOS MOTOS S.A.S.**, a company dedicated to the sale of motorcycles, spare parts, and maintenance services in Cartagena, is currently seeking a **Motorcycle Maintenance Technician** to join our team. Position Objective Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customers' motorcycles entering the RIDE SURE workshop, ensuring high-quality work, accurate fault diagnosis, and proper vehicle functionality. Main Functions * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motorcycles. * Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in motorcycles of various engine displacements. * Carry out maintenance tasks according to each motorcycle’s specific needs. * Inspect the overall condition of motorcycles entering the workshop. * Ensure quality and proper execution of performed work. * Maintain order and care of tools and the work area. Requirements * Minimum education: **High School Diploma or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a maintenance technician or automotive mechanic. * Proven experience in **motorcycle maintenance and repair**. * Knowledge and experience working with motorcycles of various engine displacements. * Preferably acquired experience in automotive sector workshops or establishments. * Driver's license not required. * Personal motorcycle not required.
