Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication and proactivity in project management We require a Project Coordinator with strong organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, and excellent communication abilities for our team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and tracking projects to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards, while collaborating cross-functionally across various teams. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise projects from initiation to closure. Coordinate activities, resources, and schedules. Monitor progress, risks, and project deviations. Prepare status reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure achievement of objectives, timelines, and budget. Facilitate communication among involved departments. Requirements: Civil Engineer with specialization in Project Management. Minimum five years of experience in project coordination or management roles. Experience in public procurement, civil infrastructure construction (vertical structures and roads). Knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as Project, Excel, and others. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to conduct technical site visits at various locations nationwide. A personal vehicle is required for travel to project sites; transportation allowance is provided as an extra-legal benefit. We Offer: Monthly salary ranging from COP 4,500,000 to COP 5,000,000. Monthly payment cycle, between the 30th and the 5th of each month.
