The Challenge Manage construction projects from an administrative and financial perspective, ensuring budget, cash flow, and schedule control, acting as a bridge between headquarters and the construction site, and guaranteeing achievement of economic and operational goals. Responsibilities Administrative and financial project management. Project evaluation. Budget, schedule, and cash flow planning and monitoring. Management of banks, trust companies, clients, and suppliers. Participation in monitoring committees. Desired Profile Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction. Administrative rather than technical focus, sound judgment in decision-making, commercial attitude, results orientation, and planning ability. Professional network within the sector. Personal vehicle required. Conditions On-site work mode. Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. Compensation structure: fixed salary + variable component tied to indicator achievement (project results, costs, and defined goals).
