We are seeking talent for the Resident Engineer position, aimed at professionals with five (5) years of experience in executing and supervising construction projects, who wish to contribute to the organization’s growth through effective alignment among planning, control, and execution of specialized technical projects. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Design and propose monitoring, evaluation, and control tools for project processes and activities. * Issue reports and consolidate data demonstrating resource control, productivity, quality, and project performance. * Timely administration and management of documentation procedures before, during, and after project execution. * Coordinate the logistics required for proper project development according to the established schedule. * Prepare weekly project progress reports, including budgetary and scheduling control. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Planning, organization, and control of construction activities. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office – Windows environment). * Adherence to schedules and technical quality standards. **Professional Competencies:** Teamwork, leadership, assertive communication, decision-making, results orientation, and critical thinking. **Salary:** $4,300,000 to $4,700,000 + current statutory benefits. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Work Location:** La Estrella, Antioquia. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
