Main responsibilities: \- Security personnel supervision: Manage and supervise the security team, including security guards and other security-related staff. \- Planning and scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules, shifts, and tasks for security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage. \- Security systems monitoring: Supervise the operation of security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control. \- Risk assessment: Identify potential security risks and develop strategies to prevent incidents and accidents. \- Training: Provide ongoing training to security personnel on security procedures, regulations, and protocols. \- Incident investigation: Conduct internal investigations in the event of security incidents and prepare corresponding reports. \- Coordination with authorities: Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies or to ensure compliance with security regulations. \- Crisis management: Develop crisis response plans and coordinate their implementation during emergencies. \- Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed records of incidents, investigations, inspections, and security activities.
