Currently, we are seeking collaborators with technical or technological education and prior experience in security, preferably in a supervisory role, knowledge of security systems including surveillance cameras, alarms and access control. Knowledge of laws and security regulations applicable to the industry and region. Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. Capacity to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations. First aid and crisis management training is a plus. Proficiency in computer tools for recordkeeping and reporting. **Main responsibilities:** * Security personnel supervision: Manage and supervise the security team, including security guards and other security-related staff. * Planning and scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules, shifts and tasks for security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage. * Security systems monitoring: Monitor the operation of security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems and access control. * Risk assessment: Identify potential security risks and develop strategies to prevent incidents and accidents. * Training: Provide continuous training to security personnel on security procedures, regulations and protocols. * Incident investigation: Conduct internal investigations in case of security incidents and prepare corresponding reports. * Coordination with authorities: Coordinate with local authorities in emergency situations or to ensure compliance with security regulations. * Crisis management: Develop crisis response plans and coordinate their execution during emergencies. * Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed records of incidents, investigations, inspections and security activities.
