Job Summary: A professional is required to provide services and achieve therapeutic and/or educational objectives for users, while monitoring interventions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is desirable Our Foundation requires a Contractor: EDUCATOR, LICENSED TEACHER, or EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST, preferably with knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, who will provide services aimed at user well-being and achievement of defined therapeutic and/or educational objectives, and produce deliverables such as progress reports/intervention reports related to ABA behavioral therapy services. Minimum six months of experience working with users is required. Experience in neurorehabilitation is desirable. ***Please note that our selection processes are ***free of charge****; the Foundation will never request any monetary payment under any circumstance.*** For hiring, the following are required: * Professional license (for health professionals). * RETHUS (for health professionals). * Valid vaccination schedule (MMR, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Influenza — annual — please ensure your full schedule is complete and up-to-date; otherwise, update it accordingly). * RUT (Note: if any information has changed since issuance, you must update it). * Occupational medical examination for the position of “Therapist” (with emphasis on osteomuscular and optometric evaluation — must be issued by an occupational physician specialized in Occupational Safety and Health) — if already obtained, it must not be older than six months. * Civil liability insurance policy of at least COP 200 million. * Proof of social security payment as an independent contractor (contributing to ARL at risk level 3). * Course on Care for Victims of Sexual Violence (minimum 40 hours). Availability Monday through Friday, full-time (8 AM to 5 PM). Immediate availability is required (interviews, assessments, onboarding). **For individuals residing in Cali city and interested in working in Jamundí, mobility support will be provided as an additional benefit.** Workplace: On-site employment
