Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst — an advanced student of Public Accounting with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial processes — to handle transaction recording, account management, and support for month-end closings. Career development opportunities We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst**, a student in the **6th to 10th semester** of Public Accounting, with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording and analyzing **accounting transactions**. * Managing and controlling **accounts payable** and **suppliers**. * Fixed asset management. * Basic payroll processing (support and accruals). * Preparation and filing of taxes: * **VAT (IVA)** * **Withholding Tax (Retención en la Fuente)** * **Self-Withholding Tax (Autorretención)** * Performing **bank reconciliations** and **account reconciliations**. * Supporting monthly closings and preparing accounting reports. * Filing and organizing accounting documentation. * Reconciling and cleansing accounts payable and accounts receivable **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in the **6th to 10th semester** of Public Accounting or holding a technical degree in Accounting. * Experience in accounting areas (minimum 2–3 years). * Knowledge of current accounting standards. * Proficiency in office tools (intermediate/advanced Excel). * High level of **analytical skill**, **responsibility**, and **attention to detail**. * Ability to work under deliverables and meet closing schedules. **Desired Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Teamwork and sense of commitment. * Accruals * Payment recording * Inventory * Basic taxation * Intermediate Excel * ERP or accounting software proficiency * Teamwork * Assertive communication * Account analysis * Taxation * Accounting cycle **Benefits** * Professional growth and practical learning. * Stable and collaborative environment. * Career Development Plan **Initial Contract** * Service Agreement Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
