




Job Summary: A prominent healthcare company is seeking an Admission and Dispatch Assistant with customer service expertise to manage patient care and orientation, data registration, and document administration. Post-consultation document management and referral to other departments A prominent healthcare company based in Bucaramanga requires an Admission and Dispatch Assistant with customer service knowledge for its team. Key duties include: Calling patients for their scheduled appointments, taking into account the appointment time assigned in the manager system. Receiving and guiding patients and their companions in the admissions area, providing friendly, respectful, and empathetic treatment from the first contact. Registering patients' personal and contact information in institutional systems, verifying accuracy and updating as needed through proper cross-checking. Admitting patients according to the external consultation admission procedure. Providing patients with relevant documents upon completion of their consultation, such as medical orders, prescriptions, recommendations, certificates, disability certifications, or referrals. Referring patients to other necessary departments, such as pharmacy, Optics, or Surgery for procedures. Periodically checking for unregistered patients and announcing them via public address system. Generating moderate fee or co-payment charges as applicable for the entity and each user. Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. (44 hours per week) Salary: COP 1,751,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Work Location: On-site employment
