Job Summary: We are seeking an AP Executive to support the management of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and adherence to procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth and development in Finance We are looking for an AP Executive (A1\) to join our Finance \& Accounting team. This position will be responsible for supporting the proper management of the Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and compliance with established procedures and controls. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Process supplier invoices accurately and within established turnaround times (TAT). * Perform 2\-way and 3\-way matching among invoices, purchase orders (PO), and goods receipt notes (GRN). * Verify invoice information, approvals, and supporting documentation. * Support monthly closing activities and reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures (SOPs). * Maintain organized documentation and records prepared for audit processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP). * Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes. * Experience or knowledge in invoice processing and reconciliations. * Good command of English, especially for professional communication. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. ### **What We Offer?** * Salary: $3\.500\.000 COP * Indefinite-term contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Opportunity for professional growth and development in the Finance \& Accounting area.
