At **Skydropx**, you’ll find a space to advance your career within a **dynamic, ambitious, and multicultural** work environment. **Responsibilities** ===================== * Design, configure, and maintain the Service Hub module in HubSpot, including custom ticket pipelines, forms, automations, and SLAs. * Create and maintain advanced ticket assignment workflows based on dynamic criteria (keywords, business hours, carriers, etc.). * Implement technical integrations using HubSpot’s REST API, including automatic ticket creation from external systems (via Postman, Node.js, Python, etc.). * Address and resolve technical issues reported by internal users, ensuring operational continuity of HubSpot. * Train the team on technical and operational best practices for the Service Hub module. * Document processes, workflows, and configurations for internal use. * Propose key metrics to evaluate support team performance and ticket pipeline efficiency. **Requirements** ============== * **Mandatory:** Advanced or native-level Portuguese. * Experience designing ticket pipelines, automations, connected forms, and complex workflows. * Technical proficiency with HubSpot’s **REST API**, and experience developing scripts for endpoint testing (Python, Node.js, Postman, etc.). * Knowledge of **JavaScript, Python, JSON, and HTML/CSS** for integration and form customization. * Functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, helpdesk systems, ticketing tools, and support solutions. * Familiarity with HubSpot sandbox environments and testing best practices. * Intermediate-to-advanced technical English (documentation, interfaces, API testing). * Proficiency with G-Suite. * Preferred: Experience with HubSpot. **We offer:** ============== * **Regional mission:** Enabling LATAM businesses to focus on their core operations without worrying about logistics. * Competitive salary. * Professional growth and development. * **Work model**: 50% onsite, 50% remote. * Offices located at: + COASMEDAS Building Cra 67 #100-20 https://maps.app.goo.gl/wN1urVpfkCQFbcvZ9 * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
