As a **Compliance Consultant**, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance processes, risk management, and the promotion of an organizational culture grounded in integrity and excellence. This role is essential to ensuring our company operates ethically and in alignment with local and international regulations. **How You’ll Make an Impact** How you’ll make an impact:* **Strengthen the compliance culture:** Support the Compliance Management team in implementing internal policies and adhering to applicable legislation. * **Risk management:** Participate in monitoring and improving risk management systems. * **Training and development:** Promote internal training on compliance, occupational safety, and health—ensuring all employees are informed and prepared. * **Quality management:** Ensure processes under your responsibility deliver effective outcomes aligned with quality standards. * **Safety promotion:** Actively participate in risk identification, safety inspections, and incident investigations—ensuring a safe workplace for everyone. **About You** About You:* **Education:** Technical, technological, or university degree in Law, Economics, Administrative Sciences, or related fields. Knowledge of SIC and Supersociedades regulations, as well as risk management courses, is highly valued. * **Languages:** Intermediate conversational English * **Competencies:** Advanced integrity, basic teamwork, innovation and resourcefulness, and leadership in development.
