This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Lead activities related to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of tailored logistics solutions for the Company’s value chain and key clients. Ensure timely delivery of finished products to external and internal customers, with the objective of reducing costs and optimizing customer service management. **Requirements** -------------- * Technician or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics processes, including developing methodologies and processes aimed at continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, staff training on logistics processes, and process flow development. * Advanced Excel proficiency and basic Power BI (PBI) skills. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Conduct statistical analysis of operations * Design logistics processes * Develop operational capacity designs * Perform project cost analysis * Deliver presentations to clients * Participate in logistics service offer negotiations; support ANS (Agreement on Service Levels) negotiations with clients * Adjust logistics service proposals according to client requests * Prepare ANS (Agreement on Service Levels) per internal requirements * Develop and monitor implementation activity schedules * Coordinate with enabling departments to fulfill logistics project requirements per client specifications * Monitor investment budgets and operational setup costs * Verify client compliance with planned activities and responsibilities * Document operational processes * Document management indicators Among others.
