Position Summary: The Continuous Improvement Analyst will help develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies, while overseeing and promoting best practices. This position is within Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide high-quality, nutritious food products to a broad range of customers—from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **PURPOSE AND WORK IMPACT** ------------------------------------- The Continuous Improvement Analyst will help develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies. We seek a professional to execute continuous improvement activities with low project cost and risk, and well-defined processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Provide updates on project objectives, performance metrics, issues, and risks. * Supervise and implement continuous improvement best practices; promote culture by driving tools such as Gemba Walks, Lean, or Six Sigma: shape behaviors, rituals, and mindsets. * Help develop and coordinate continuous improvement plans for low-cost and low-risk projects, achieving and sustaining project objectives. * Facilitate Opportunity Search Workshops. * Participate in conducting organizational readiness assessments, value realization assessments, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation, and execution of continuous improvement strategies that meet business requirements. Participation in performance dialogues. * Manage essential issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Other duties as assigned. \#LI\-JF1 \- \#LI\-Onsite **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. * English desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in continuous improvement fields.
