Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst with solid experience in Business Intelligence, SQL, and data analytics for the telecommunications sector, participating in end-to-end BI/BA projects. We are currently looking for a **Data Analyst** with strong experience in **Business Intelligence**, **SQL**, and **data analytics projects** for the **telecommunications sector**. The role involves end-to-end participation in BI/BA projects, working with large volumes of data, integration tools, data modeling, and visualization layers, within a collaborative and agile environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Participate in analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases of BI/BA projects. * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and information needs. * Design and develop data integration processes (ETL/ELT). * Build and optimize ANSI SQL queries, stored procedures, and structures. * Model analytical structures (multidimensional models and cubes). * Develop reports, dashboards, and business KPIs using visualization tools. * Analyze large volumes of data for consolidation and analytical exploitation. * Propose comprehensive solutions that deliver added business value. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields**. * **3+ years of experience** as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in BI/BA projects. * Proven experience in **SQL** (advanced queries, stored procedures). * Experience with data integration tools and platforms (ETL/ELT). * Solid knowledge of **data modeling**, data profiling, and analytical structures. * Experience with visualization layers and generation of reports and dashboards. * Participation in projects involving **large volumes of data**. * Experience in the **telecommunications sector**. * Knowledge and application of **agile methodologies** in BI/Analytics projects. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Prepaid healthcare. * NEORIS Days (3 paid days off). * Annual performance bonus. * Vacation bonus. * Corporate tools. * Training and development platforms. * 100% remote work for Colombia.
