Position Summary: Human Talent professional responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and optimizing human talent management processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Leads human talent management and organizational development processes. 2. Promotes a culture based on respect, service, commitment, and excellence. 3. Ensures compliance with current labor regulations. Plans, directs, controls, and optimizes Human Talent Management processes, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations, proper personnel administration, organizational development, and strengthening of a culture grounded in respect, service, commitment, and excellence—thereby contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives and fulfillment of requirements specific to the private security and surveillance sector. * Psychology professional (mandatory requirement). * Specialization in Human Talent Management, Human Talent Management Leadership, Labor Law, Occupational Safety and Health, Organizational Development, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience in companies within the Private Security and Surveillance sector. * Demonstrable experience administering processes involving more than 300 employees. * Experience leading work teams. * Handling of disciplinary processes in accordance with labor legislation. * Experience in labor relations, hiring, termination, employee welfare, training, and organizational development. * Knowledge of payroll, social security, and benefits. * Design and implementation of the Institutional Training Plan. * Leadership of employee welfare and organizational culture programs. * Submission of management indicators and reports to Management. * Response to administrative and judicial authority requests. * Desirable experience in internal and external audits. **Organizational Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making. * Emotional intelligence. * Assertive communication. * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Negotiation. * Conflict resolution. * Analytical ability. * Ethics and integrity. * High degree of confidentiality. * Results orientation. * Adaptability. * Change management.
