Responsibilities: - Collaborate with other teachers to supervise and teach young children. - Teach various subjects such as basic English, mathematics, and science. - Help young children interact with one another, contributing to the development of social skills such as sharing and teamwork. - Promote creativity by regularly organizing painting, crafts, and drawing sessions. - Assist children in resolving conflicts among themselves. - Maintain progress reports and notes on each child's development, identifying areas of strength and difficulty. - Provide periodic reports to parents. - Conduct semesterly or annual parent-teacher meetings to update parents on their children's progress.
