Assesses children's development and communicates progress to parents. * *Job Summary We are seeking a creative and learning-focused preschool teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience teaching preschool-aged children and be capable of delivering fun, creative, and engaging classes. The purpose of this role is to engage children in diverse activities, including learning numbers and letters, painting and drawing, and enjoying social interaction with other children. Responsibilities Work alongside other teachers to supervise and teach young children. Teach various subjects such as basic English, mathematics, and science. Help young children interact with one another, contributing to the development of social skills such as sharing and teamwork. Foster creativity by regularly organizing painting, craft, and drawing sessions. Help children resolve conflicts among themselves. Maintain grade reports and notes on each child's development, identifying areas of strength and areas needing support. Provide periodic reports to parents. Hold semesterly or annual parent-teacher meetings to inform parents about their children's progress. Keep the classroom and learning areas clean and safe. Ensure safeguarding practices are followed, reporting suspected abuse or neglect to other staff members or relevant authorities.* Work Location: On-site employment
