Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Nursing Assistant to strengthen our Hospital Epidemiology team, supporting infection surveillance and prevention programs. Key Highlights: 1. Education of healthcare staff on infection prevention and control At **PROSEGUIR IPS**, we are seeking a committed **Nursing Assistant**, with a service-oriented vocation and a focus on quality, to strengthen our **Hospital Epidemiology** team. **Main Responsibilities** * Support activities of the Hospital Epidemiology Program. * Conduct active surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). * Participate in identification, follow-up, and reporting of public health events of interest. * Support epidemiological surveillance rounds and compliance with institutional protocols. * Verify proper implementation of biosafety measures, hand hygiene, and isolation practices. * Consolidate and record epidemiological information in the systems established by the institution. * Provide education to healthcare staff on infection prevention and control measures. * Support development of service indicators and reports. * Participate in audits, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities. * Comply with the institution's patient safety and quality guidelines. **Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. **Salary: $2\.000\.000** \+ transportation allowance \+ social benefits Payment is made monthly in arrears.
