This role is ideal for someone located in South America who is looking for fully remote work. **Compensation:** $5 \- $7 hourly USD **Responsibilities:****Executive Support \& Scheduling Coordination** * Manage calendar scheduling for the CEO across two companies, including client meetings, workshops, internal team syncs, and follow\-up sessions * Coordinate scheduling logistics, rescheduling needs, confirmations, and reminders * Maintain accurate calendars, timelines, and project milestones across engagements * Track action items and support follow\-through on priorities **Client Communication \& Experience** * Serve as a first point of contact for routine client check\-ins and communication * Send timely updates, status notes, and courtesy follow\-ups throughout engagements * Maintain a proactive communication rhythm to ensure clients feel supported and informed * Flag high\-priority issues, deadlines, or needs to consulting leadership **Writing, Document Development \& Meeting Follow\-Up** * Draft, edit, and format professional emails, reports, proposals, and client\-facing materials * Convert raw meeting notes into clear, organized summaries and action\-item documents * Draft polished follow\-up messages and supporting materials after meetings and workshops * Conduct final quality checks before deliverables are sent to clients **Template Building \& Process Support** * Create and maintain templates for emails, agendas, reports, updates, and follow\-up documents * Standardize recurring processes and improve internal documentation systems * Support the development of repeatable workflows as both companies grow **Document Coordination, Design \& Quality Control** * Coordinate document flow across systems (Google Drive, SharePoint, project management tools, etc.) * Ensure files are stored, labeled, versioned, and organized consistently * Provide grammar, spelling, formatting, and layout edits on working drafts * Create visually polished materials using Canva and support survey creation in SurveyMonkey * Track incoming and outgoing deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks **Qualifications:** * Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills * Excellent document layout, formatting, and visual presentation skills * Experience in administrative support, project coordination, client services, consulting, or nonprofit operations * Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Canva, and SurveyMonkey * High comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Commitment to supporting nonprofits and mission\-driven work * Must have graduated from high school or its equivalent * Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines * Should be bilingual in English and Spanish **About Company** We help nonprofit organizations set and achieve their goals.
