Achieving **1000 million** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome together—through **collaboration** and the **talent** of our people—writing yet another success story as one team. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the company's financial planning, analysis, and monitoring, providing clear and timely information for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements. * Monitor financial KPIs, revenues, costs, expenses, and profitability. * Prepare financial reports and presentations for management. * Analyze variances against budget and propose improvement actions. * Support monthly financial closing processes. * Build and update financial models. * Assist in the financial evaluation of business projects and initiatives. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and confidentiality of financial information. * Identify opportunities to optimize and automate reporting processes. * Participate in cash flow planning processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, management control, or related areas. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, financial statements, and financial KPIs. * Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, and data visualization tools is desirable. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and results orientation. * Clear communication and ability to present information effectively. * Proactivity and critical thinking. * Ability to work under closing deadlines and shifting priorities. **What do we offer?** ------------------- **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** ------------------------------------------------ Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
