**Job Description**
* Analyze internal financial information (e.g., financial statements, P&L, working capital, costs, pricing, expenses, revenues, profitability ratios, etc.), identify issues/risks, and drive innovation and continuous process improvement.
* Analyze external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, local policies, employment indices and rate changes, global macro- and micro-political variables, etc.) to enable early warnings regarding actual versus expected results.
* Perform financial modeling to measure and forecast the potential impact of financial transactions and development activities across each business line.
* Analyze actual performance against business plans and establish annual budgets, as well as conduct monthly tracking.
* Analyze financial results to provide interpretations and analysis-based recommendations for each business line, considering the defined scope and objectives for the evaluation period.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
* Specialization in finance-related topics (desirable).
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and case presentation.
* Advanced Excel, Office, and SAP.
* Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Controlling Data Argentina, and local databases (desirable).
* Competencies: assertive communication, critical thinking, creativity, self-leadership, cooperation, and results orientation.
* Conversational English (B2 level) required. Portuguese (a plus).
