Support in documentary and legal asset management. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage asset purchases and movements, ensuring control over physical assets and timely updates to accounting records. Manage the administrative and operational lifecycle of the organization’s fixed assets—from requisition approval, receipt, registration, identification, assignment, transfer, and delivery—to ongoing tracking during repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and disposals—guaranteeing continuous system-wide data updates in Dusoft. Coordinate with technical support teams to prepare equipment for proper operation; draft minutes and documents related to asset movements; and submit corresponding supporting documentation to relevant departments. Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc physical inventories (e.g., due to staff changes); record identified discrepancies; update plates or labels as needed; prepare outcome reports; and ensure formal custody of assets via delivery minutes. Support documentary and legal management related to asset ownership, leased assets, vehicles, and real estate, as well as payment and advance management required by the process. Maintain organized and updated supporting documentation to meet regulatory requirements, contribute to financial reporting for the National Health Superintendence, support the monthly depreciation process, and ensure timely reconciliation of asset movements with accounting records. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical or technological degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering * 1 year of experience in inventory management, financial control activities, asset statements, and resource management * Proficiency in office software, high-altitude work training, and humanization training **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
