Work in a fast-paced environment We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented remote **Trucking Dispatcher** to coordinate and oversee the movement of containerized freight. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch operations, knowledge of port and rail systems, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for container pickup and delivery * Monitor and track shipments to ensure on\-time performance * Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and port/rail terminals * Resolve service issues promptly and professionally * Maintain accurate records of shipments and activities * Collaborate with operations, safety, and customer service teams **Qualifications:** * Previous experience dispatching container trucks or drayage operations (preferred) * Knowledge of port and rail yard procedures * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure * Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus **Benefits:** * 10 days of vacation per year * opportunities for professional development and growth * remote work (PST time zone hours \- 7 am to 4 pm ab88KOmYXS
