Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Respiratory Therapy. \- Proven experience in home-based patient care. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
