This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description:** ------------------------ At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator passionate about talent management and people development, who will contribute to strengthening our processes and enhancing the experience of our employees. **What Will Be Your Mission?** ------------------------- Manage and coordinate key Human Resources activities, ensuring proper personnel administration, compliance with human talent processes, and support for leaders and employees. **What We Offer You:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Corporate benefits * Monday to Friday working hours \- Location: Medellín Highway, Km 6\.3, Festo Entrance \- Siberia Quadratto Business Park Funza – Cundinamarca **Requirements:** --------------- ### **Academic Background** * Professional or student in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, minimum sixth semester. * English proficiency level B2 ### **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources processes. ### **Knowledge** * Human Resources processes: recruitment, compensation, diversity, and other human talent subsystems. * Leadership and team management **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Administer processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, updates, and offboarding). * Maintain up-to-date personnel records and information. * Manage and track employment contracts and associated documentation. * Identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building and development programs. * Support payroll preparation and validation, ensuring data accuracy. * Facilitate communication between employees and leaders, promoting a positive organizational culture
