Position Summary: An experienced HSE Inspector with HVAC systems expertise is required to support safety processes for high-risk tasks, field training, and report completion, distinguished by a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Excellent attitude, organization, and teamwork A leading HVAC systems company located in southern Bogotá requires an **HSE INSPECTOR** for its team to support supervision during high-risk tasks; work permit, ATS, and follow-up documentation; customer service aligned with assigned activities; field training for operational staff; and HSE report completion. The candidate must demonstrate an excellent attitude, be organized and diligent, possess strong communication skills, be service-oriented, and capable of teamwork. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Technician in Occupational Safety and Health. * SST License. * Valid certification for working at heights and as a height coordinator. * 50-hour and 20-hour courses in SG\-SST. * Proficiency in office tools and online platforms (Drive, email, templates). * Minimum 6 months of experience. **POSITION CONDITIONS:** * Fixed-term contract with all statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday (according to project assignment). * Modality: On-site work at construction site. * Salary: $1\.950\.000 \+ bonus \+ transportation allowance. * Biweekly payments.
