Position Summary:
HSE Inspector/Coordinator responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the safety, health, and environmental management system, ensuring a culture of self-care and zero incidents.

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Inspector/Coordinator with a valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) license and a 50-hour SG-SST training course, responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the occupational safety, health, and environmental management system in both field and office settings, in compliance with current legal regulations. Key responsibilities include hazard identification, risk assessment and control determination, delivery of safety inductions and preventive training, and periodic inspections of equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and working conditions. Personal transportation (motorcycle or car) is mandatory for travel between sites or construction fronts. Additionally, the role involves managing investigations of occupational accidents to establish corrective actions, supporting audits, and leading the development and follow-up of emergency response plans, performance indicator reports, and company committees (COPASST and Coexistence Committee) to ensure a culture of self-care and zero operational incidents.
