Your primary duties will include: * IT Transformation: The IT Transformation team member will gain hands\-on experience with B2B and B2C technology tools and will be assigned to a self\-contained project that would allow for the development of a feature or capability that we would be unable to reach otherwise! * As a Software Developer, you would be responsible for developing solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage. * This role encompasses writing code to build and support Alpha Co.’s systems, applications, and platforms and configuring, optimizing and deploying packaged software. * You will work with other project developers and architects to ensure that designs and quality meet Alpha Co.’s requirements. We ask our employees be available for U.S. working hours: 08:00 AM\-5:00 PM Central Standard time Requirements: * Currently pursuing bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree. (Optional) * Interest in technical development and programming. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excellent organization skills * Must be self\-motivated * Preferred availability during commercial days and hours in United States * High quality wifi connection.
