Internal training is provided immediately, and external education and certifications—including MAI, RICS, ASTM, and local certifications—are required and supported by LOGAN. #### **Responsibilities** **About the Role** We seek a Real Estate Market Intelligence Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to support the generation of strategic information facilitating business decision-making. The role will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, structuring, and analyzing real estate market data; developing key indicators and executive reports; building analytical tools; and contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes using Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. The analyst will interact with regional projects and internal and external clients, delivering reliable and timely information to the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, validate, clean, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources. * Analyze real estate market information and identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. * Design dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI. * Prepare high-impact executive reports and presentations for internal and external clients. * Monitor macroeconomic indicators and relevant real estate market variables. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement. * Support the execution of market studies, primary data collection, and field visits as required.
