Position Description A prominent healthcare institution requires a Pharmacy Manager responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling the operation of the Pharmaceutical Service through the management of human, physical, material, and knowledge resources allocated for outpatient and/or inpatient dispensing, according to the complexity level of the Pharmaceutical Service. Main Responsibilities 1\. Execute necessary actions to comply with the procedures of the Pharmaceutical Service process and accreditation standards. 2\. Monitor the performance of clinical, technical, and operational duties by personnel under supervision and ensure adherence to the requirements outlined in the Manual of Essential Conditions and Procedures for the Pharmaceutical Service. 3\. Verify dissemination and compliance with standardized and established procedures for the Pharmaceutical Service, as well as correct completion of forms and archiving of records. 4\. Conduct the self-assessment of the Pharmaceutical Service in the DUSOFT system, according to the frequency established by the Quality Management Process. 5\.
